About us

Our firm was founded in 1998 in Ft. Myers by the German tax advisor Werner Schmitz, who specializes in double taxation agreements between German- speaking countries and the USA.

Since his retirement in 2023, the firm has been run by his daughter Jasmin, who has been working in the firm for years and who also has the necessary tax advisor qualifications and licenses.

Professional competence, experience as well as continuous training and unconditional commitment to the interests of our clients were and are the basis for the sustainable success of our firm and the satisfaction of our clients.

In keeping with the slogan “You have the questions; we have the answers!” we reliably take care of our clients’ tax matters.

In the German-speaking area, we cooperate across borders with competent firms from Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
